In the event that your photographer becomes ill, has an emergency, or in the event of inclement weather, your money will be refunded promptly or you will be given the option to reschedule at no additional cost. All galleries come with a, with a print release no later than 14 business days after our session together. Your downloadable gallery will be available for 30 days after the gallery's delivery, via email. All sessions require full payment as a retainer fee that must be paid no later than 14 days prior to your session. Your session is non-refundable. You may reschedule for up to 2 months from your originally scheduled session with a 24 hour notice, if necessary. Failure to give a 24 hour notice may result in a $25 rescheduling fee. By booking a session, you are agreeing to the client contract. Please review this on "contract" tab of the menu bar prior to booking. By booking a session, you are also allowing the photographer to display your photos from your session on her business website and social media. If your session is a gift or surprise, please notify your photographer ahead of time. You are also acknowledging that the photographer's job is to capture your natural, God given beauty. No edits will be made to things such as the length of your hair, major body parts, etc. You may not alter your photos after your gallery has been delivered. This includes filters. Photography is an art. To re-edit a gallery would be like purchasing a painted canvas from a local artist and then re-painting it. It no longer represents the work of that artist. You may not enter any photos received by Red Letters Photography in any contests without giving credit to the business. Please give credit to the business when sharing images on social media.
